Color Me Excellent is Grace Carleton's structured leadership program for emerging and next-generation leaders. It builds the core competencies that separate capable managers from trusted leaders: delegation, feedback, team dynamics, and sound decision-making under pressure. Over six months of monthly engagements, participants work through guided self-reflection, set clear development objectives, map their career goals, and expand a peer network that outlasts the program itself.
